The Wellness Center and Macon Health Club, a service of The Medical Center of Central Georgia. We welcome you to our website where you will find information on programs and services of this premier exercise and fitness facility.

HOURS OF OPERATION

The Wellness Center

Monday - Friday: 5:30 a.m. - 9:00 p.m.
Saturday: 8:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m.
Sunday: 1:00 p.m. - 6:00 p.m.

Macon Health Club

Monday - Thursday: 6:00a.m. - 8:00p.m. Friday: 6:00a.m.- 7:00p.m.
Saturday: 8:30 a.m. - 3:00 p.m.

Closed: July 4th; Labor Day; Thanksgiving;
Christmas; New Year's Day

MEDICAL FITNESS
INFORMATION

The Wellness Center is a member of the Medical Fitness
Association. This affiliation holds us to a higher standard
than most commercial fitness facilities. Our fitness staff
have degrees in exercise science, kinesiology and
various related fields; our staff is CPR trained; and
we have an Automated External Defibrillator (AED) on
site.
