Medical Fitness Information

The Wellness Center is a member of the Medical Fitness Association. This affiliation holds us to a higher standard than most commercial fitness facilities. Our fitness staff have degrees in exercise science, kinesiology and various related fields; our staff is CPR trained; and we have an Automated External Defibrillator (AED) on site.
