SERVICES / AMENITIES
Massage Therapy
Massage Therapy is an adjunct to exercise and health.  Massage, like exercise, is a modality used to move the body toward a more optimal level of health allowing the body to heal itself.  Whether you need deep tissue massages or relaxation massages, The Wellness Center is your best choice.  Massage therapists Joey Bunn, Kim Jackson, and Sayward Johson are ready to assist you today!  All of our therapists are certified and licensed. (½ hour for $35.00, 1 Hour Member for $55.00, and 1 hour Non-Member for  $60.00). We have gift certificates available for that special person.  Stop by The Wellness Center or give us a call at 478-757-7808 to schedule your appointment.

Personal Training
Personal Training sessions are available in one-on-one or buddy packages. Our professionally certified and degreed staff will design an individualized exercise program to help you meet your fitness goals. Sessions are $45.00 per hour for members and $60.00 for non-members for individual sessions. Multi-session packages are cost effective for members looking to achieve long-term benefits.

Members: $45/hr
Non-Members: $60/hr
Nutrition
Need help with nutrition, portion control, dietary dilemmas, or weight-loss as related to diet? Our Registered Dietitian is available to assist you with your diet and nutrition needs. For more information regarding scheduling a consultation session, please call (478) 477-2300.

Towel Service
Members may use hand towels and bath towels at no additional fee.

Childcare
Childcare is available at The Wellness Center for no additional fee for members.

Child's Play hours are:
Monday - Thursday from 8:30 am -1:00 pm & 4:00 pm -8:00 pm

Friday - from 8:30 am - 1:00pm & 4:00 pm - 7:00 pm

Saturday - from 9:00 am - 1:00 pm.

Shower Amenities
All showers include body wash, shampoo, and conditioner.
Lotion is also available.
