Massage Therapy is an adjunct to exercise and health.  Massage, like exercise, is a modality used to move the body toward a more optimal level of health allowing the body to heal itself.  Whether you need deep tissue massages or relaxation massages, The Wellness Center is your best choice.  All of our therapists are certified and licensed.

The only massage of its kind in the area; this four-hand massage provides a unique opportunity for total relaxation.

Personal Training
Personal Training sessions are available in one-on-one or buddy packages. Our professionally certified and degreed staff will design an individualized exercise program to help you meet your fitness goals. Sessions are $50.00 per hour for members and $65.00 for non-members for individual sessions. Multi-session packages are cost effective for those looking to achieve long-term benefits.

Need help with nutrition, portion control, dietary dilemmas, or weight-loss as related to diet? Our Registered Dietitian is available to assist you with your diet and nutrition needs.
